What is the cancellation policy of  Dhishya?

The order can be canceled if it's not been shipped and if the customer has not opted for any customization of the product / made on order products can't be cancelled later .
Any cancellation queries should be done within 12 hours of placing orders .

 

What is the refund policy?

A refund is equivalent to the purchase price less banking charges would be refunded to the given bank account , however Incase if the product is rejected upon delivery for unforseen reasons the refund will be equivalent to the purchase price less shipping cost .

The refund might take 3-5 days after the refund is initiated depending on the bank.

For international shipments :  Refund can be claimed for international parcel if the product is damaged / defective at the time of delivery the refund will be equivalent to Actual price paid by the consignee . However incase if the product is denied at the time of delivery or either rejected by customs & due to ones unforseen country policy & logistics the refund will be equivalent to Actual price less shipping charges.

 

What is the return policy of  Dhishya?

The return of the products is not applicable

Products will only be considered for return if the product had arrived defected/damaged or the wrong product was sent.

To return a product, customer needs to send an email to bespoke.dhishya@gmail.com within 24 hours of the product being delivered.

Once the product is received, a standard quality check is done, and if the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product)the refund will be processed immediately.

The return process would then be initiated and a refund equivalent to the purchase price less banking charges would be refunded to the given bank account

THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL UNUSED CONDITION AND SENT ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL BILL AND TAGS INTACT.

What is the exchange policy of Dhishya?

 The exchange of the products is allowed only when the product doesn't match the description / also incase of any damages and defected item been delivered.
You can get it exchanged for any other product on the website at an equivalent or higher price.

For the initiation of exchange, the customer has to email bespoke.dhishya@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery of the order.
Further the company will initiate the exchange process and reverse pick up would be arranged.
The product being exchanged must be in its original unused condition as all products are handwoven and delicate, so it must be in the same condition as sent else it would lead to cancellation of the exchange request.
The product should be sent along with the original bill and tags intact in the original packing.
After the completion of the exchange, the customer can place a new order of the same product (if available) or a different product of the same value or higher.
